Confidentiality

It goes without saying that we handle all texts for translation in confidence and deal with your documents with the utmost discretion. Within our company, we operate on a ‘need-to-see’ principle: in addition to the Project Manager, only the translator(s) and reviewer(s) who actually work on your translation are permitted to view your document.

Furthermore, for extra legal protection, we can also sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before taking on the project, if necessary. Please contact us if you have any more questions about this.

File security

We attach great value to the confidentiality of client information. In part because many of our clients are attorneys, solicitors, barristers and other legal professionals, this is of considerable importance to us. Files you send us through our website form are transferred to our server via an encrypted SSL connection, and stored in a secured environment.

If requested, it is always possible to encrypt files and deliver them to you with a password.
